The EASYFIX Range

EASYFIX released a new range of cow cubicles in 2018, including the Calm, Siesta and Dream, to use in conjunction with the bedding of your choice: cow mats and mattresses, deep litter beds or sand. Over 250,000 EASYFIX cow cubicles have been sold in the world.

Apart from cow cubicles and mattresses, EASYFIX has also produced the EASYFIX Evolve animal feed barrier system, which will extend the animal’s reach and allow for increased feed intake as well as providing safe access and egress for farm workers.

The EASYFIX equine range is designed specifically for horse trainers and owners, racecourses and schooling grounds. The fences and hurdles are designed in-house and are extremely durable, easy to install and maintenance free.

EASYFIX Calm Cubicles

The EASYFIX flexible cubicle system accommodates the different size of each cow. It encourages cows to lie correctly and for longer periods, and this increased lying time combined with improved cow comfort leads to higher milk production.

This cubicle system delivers the freedom of the outdoors, indoors and is proven to maximise cow comfort, improve safety and increase performance.

EASYFIX Dream Cubicles

EAYFIX Dream is a new cubicle system with a two-bend design. It delivers the freedom of the outdoors, indoors and is proven to maximise cow comfort, improve safety and increase performance of your cows.

EASYFIX Jupiter F

The Jupiter F mattress has an integrated brisket board at the front and pillow on two sides to ensure optimum position of the cow when lying in the cubicle. Underneath the mat is a mattress of 45mm PU latex foam that creates a cushioned top surface for maximum comfort.

EASYFIX Jupiter S

The Jupiter S mattress design incorporates an integrated pillow at the front and side of the mat. This is a world first and ensures optimum positioning of the cow when it is lying in the cubicle.

EASYFIX Spirit

The Easyfix Spirit (SandSaver) has honeycomb shaped compartments that maximises the distribution of sand in deep bed cubicle systems.

EASYFIX Libra I

The EASYFIX Libra I is an interlocking cubicle mat that provides a decent level of cow comfort at a competitive price. It is suitable for dairy and suckler cows.

EASYFIX Neptune

The EASYFIX Neptune is a cow cubicle mattress with a 50 mm layer of latex foam, offering the ultimate in cow comfort.

EASYFIX Evolve

The EASYFIX Evolve feeding barrier system optimises cow welfare and performance by extending cows’ reach and allowing for increased feed intake. The unique design provides safe access and egress for farm workers.

EASYFIX MG Action Traffic

This is a rubber mat with a penny grip design, providing good traction. Comes in four widths and is ideal for use where traffic volume is high, or cattle are heavier.

  • Cattle have more traction and confidence and thus move around faster;

  • Cushioned mats at the feed line provide a comfortable standing surface which results in higher feed intake and increased gain;

EASYFIX SDR Slat Rubber System

The SDR slat rubber system is designed to improve the comfort, welfare and performance of dairy cattle housed on concrete slats. The rubber provides a comfortable and confident walking surface in milking parlours, holding pens, walkways and alleys with very high cow traffic.

Benefits:​

  • Sloped profile with a smooth surface and strips that reduce slip. The smooth surface facilitates fast run-off and cleaner cattle;

  • Cushion increases comfort resulting in better feed conversion and milk yields;

  • Lameness reduced;

EASYFIX MG Evo

MG Evo has a hexagonal high grip surface. Ideal for use in milking parlours, collecting yards, feedpads, walkways and passageways. These rubber mats provide a comfortable and confident walking surface for cows.

  • Provides traction for cattle when they are walking, thus increasing confidence and giving cattle a more natural stride. Cattle will move faster;

EASYFIX Max 4

The Easyfix MG Max 4 rubber mat has a ‘penny’ high grip surface and is ideal for use in walkways and in collecting yards.

  • Can be recessed into the concrete in new buildings;

EASYFIX Scratcher

The EASYFIX Scratcher is a new innovative cubicle accessory designed to provide environmental enrichment and increased cow comfort.

  • Can be installed with new EASYFIX cubicles or retrofitted to existing cubicles;

EASYFIX Coupling Sleeve

Fixed and flexible rubber couplings attach the neckrail to the cubicle.

​

The fixed rubber coupling has a moulded natural rubber composition and is cow friendly and requires no maintenance.

​

The flexible rubber coupling is designed to accommodate larger cows and improves their comfort and welfare. Cows standing up underneath the neckrail will not be injured as they would with a fixed metal neckrail, as the rail will move up with them as the coupling stretches.
